Lowest price quoted by far for a high-quality 40 gallon gas water heater. Responsive office staff with a written quote within minutes, technicians arrived on time as scheduled and did an outstanding job. I wondered why they were replacing the earthquake straps, gas line, pan and other parts and they said to bring the system up to current code.
